售后服務(wù)承諾
1.售后服務(wù)中心對(duì)完工工程提供一對(duì)一鋼板倉(cāng)使用上崗培訓(xùn),至少三個(gè)月電話回訪一次:提醒客戶在鋼板倉(cāng)使用過(guò)程中應(yīng)該注意的問(wèn)題,收集客戶對(duì)公司產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量及相關(guān)服務(wù)的意見(jiàn)及建議。
After the project is finished, our after-sales service center carries out training before the silos are used,We have phone service every three months to remind our customers of the possible problems and collect advices or suggestions in quality and service.
2.售后服務(wù)中心在接到客戶反饋的信息或質(zhì)量異議后,將安排工程師以最快的交通工具趕到現(xiàn)場(chǎng),提供技術(shù)方案,周到、徹底地解決用戶使用過(guò)程中的一切問(wèn)題。
Upon the collection of advices or suggestions, the after-sales center will arrange our engineers to arrive in time to provide technical solutions to wipe out the problem.
3.產(chǎn)品在交付使用一年期內(nèi),免費(fèi)保修;超過(guò)一年保修期的,公司將一如既往的貼心服務(wù),只收取相應(yīng)工本費(fèi)。
We provide a 1-year free maintenance after the project is finished and the silo is put into service. We provide thoughtful service and collect only the cost of materials.
